The Method:
- Drop the Anchor – Ground your body. Wiggle your toes. Touch something solid.
- Drop the Lies – Call out what’s actually true—not the fear spiral.
- Drop the Guilt – You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to feel. You’re allowed to rest.
It’s not therapy—but it’s the handrail you grab on your way to it.
