We created this space for people like us:

  • People who are tired of survival mode.
  • People who don’t need pity—they need a pause.
  • People who want to try being kind to themselves for once, even if they don’t quite know how yet.

This method was born from lived experience.
From grief. From parenting. From burnout. From that one quiet moment where we knew we had to build something because nothing else was showing up.
