Helping people by sharing information that i have aquired overtime and watching them change.
I don’t try to fix problems. I try to find solutions. Fixing a problem and finding a solution are two different things. Most people do not understand the difference between the two. Fixing a problem does not make it go away, its temporary. (a quick fix)
Finding a solution solves the problem so that even if it does happen again there are steps you can take to solve it. I have learned that people like to think there is only one way to solve a problem. I prove to myself and others on a daily basis that that is not true.
To find a true solution requires creativity, thinking outside the box methods, and information. Some problems are meant to be solved and some are not. Having the discernment to know the difference between the two is a skill I believe everyone should acquire.
Sharing what I have learned while going through hardtimes and solving my own problems is my way of helping. You learn a lot about yourself and others on that journey, when you finally decided to find a solution instead of a quick fix. You can find resources that you never would have known existed if you hadn’t taken the time. You will see who your true allies are, the people who care about you, and who are really in your corner.
Where my energy comes from is helping people think outside the box, figuring it out for themselves, and seeing them grow with a new sense of confidence they didn’t have before. I am just a road sign i won’t and can’t walk the journey for you. I will happily show you which road to take to get to the destination of your choice. I will warn about pit falls and potholes. I will inform you about sharp turns and dangerous terrian, nothing more.
The journey is yours alone to take.
However, I have learned over the years that most people don’t apay attention to the signs and because they don’t they are, more often than not, drowing in problems they created themselves.
I help people by sharing information so that they can have the ability to find their own solutions. Seeing people realize that they can solve their own problems and watching them overcome them, that is what gives me energy.
The growth, seeing someone become happier, healthier, more confidant. That is what gives me energy.
