The Drop Method

When days start to blur together and you don’t know if its Monday or Wednesday that’s a sign that you may need to take the time to drop. It doesn’t have to be 30 minutes. Just ten is all you need.

Five minutes to center and remind yourself of who you are and what is really important. What is going on and what you are trying to accomplish.

Five minutes to drop all the thoughts and emotions that are currently not serving you in the moment that you can pick back up later. You don’t have to deal with everything right now.

Go at your own pace and take the time to breathe, center, and drop. 💧💧

If no one has told you today. You are doing an amazing job doing the best you can and the best you can is all anyone can ask of you.
